Members : Roger & Chris Trivett

We have been singing at the club since its conception in 1973 and have been involved with the running, either by ourselves or with others for almost all of the club’s existence.

We perform a wide range of material, some unaccompanied, mainly in harmony, and with the backing of Roger’s guitar.

We have developed quite a repertoire of chorus songs as we find the member of the folk club like to join in. Roger has taken his involvement with the guitar further by making music tuition his full time job. He has been teaching students for over 15 years and if you would like him to teach you - see below.

Roger is also one of the six rota hosts of the club. Whilst both Chris and Roger visit folk festivals etc to source potential new guests , Chris arranges the guest bookings for the club and prepares the programmes.
